Install The Detect Auto Browser Extension

  • If you haven't already, visit the Chrome Web Store to download Detect Auto.
  • Click Add to Chrome and confirm by selecting Add Extension.
  • You will be taken to the following page where you can view videos about each tool we have to offer. Once you are ready to move forward, select the blue Continue button.

  • If you are brand new to Detect Auto select "Register New Shop". If your shop currently uses Detect Auto and you are joining your shop select "Join Existing Shop".
  • Select the tools you want to try out! You will get a 30 day free trial for whichever tools you'd like to try.

  • The following page will allow you to book your onboarding meeting. On our onboarding meeting we will answer any questions you have, make sure your settings are set up the way you like, and book your team training! You will not fully be able to use the tools until our onboarding call.

Preparing For Your Onboarding Meeting

Please have the following items (based on which tools you'd like to try) ready for our onboarding call:

Maintenance Schedule: Please bring a list of your shop’s current maintenance standards. We’ll use this to set up your maintenance intervals during the call. If you do not currently have a maintenance schedule that the shop follows, we will help set one up for you during the call.

Gross Profit Hourly Goals: We’ll be entering your shop’s overhead cost per hour, along with your minimum and maximum goals. If you’re not sure how to calculate these figures, please contact us to schedule a quick session beforehand to help. A good starting point is using data from the past 3 months.

Users: Please prepare a list of email addresses for the employees you’d like to add.

Diagnostic Questions/ Scripts: To set up your customer workflows and take full advantage of our Customer Concerns AI tool, please bring any diagnostic questions or scripts your team currently uses when speaking with customers. Don't have any? No worries! We will provide you with commonly used workflows.
